Meet Kelly!

Kelly began her real estate career in 2012 after graduating from The University of Arizona. She majored in Family Studies and Human Development with a minor in Business Administration, which she feels is the perfect degree for a real estate agent! After graduation, she moved back home to San Diego, California and joined the real estate business. After closing over $45 million in real estate sales in California, Kelly moved to Clarksville, Tennessee in 2019. She purchased her home using FaceTime and video tours, across state lines, and personally understands the trust placed in a local real estate agent when making such a big purchase out of state. Meet Britt!

Britt pride's herself in being detailed oriented, a hard worker and a strong negotiator. Whether it's fighting to get appliances included in a new construction build or getting top dollar for the sale of your home. She sets expectations up front so you can avoid any surprises that might pop up along the way! Strong communication is her specialty, those who spend time with her know she is consistently on her phone checking in on my clients. She is not a "salesy" Realtor, and has actually encouraged many friends that renting or living on post might be the better option for them. Every situation is different, Britt is here to help talk you through your options!

Fun Fact: She has a Bachelors degree in Marketing, communications, international studies & operated her own Marketing agency prior to getting real estate license!

Sarah is a top-performing agent licensed in both Tennessee & Kentucky! Prior to entering real estate, Sarah proudly served in the US Army. Her experience in the military instilled discipline, assertiveness and the ability to achieve objectives through excellent communication and a teamwork mindset.

Sarah's clients appreciate her in-depth knowledge of the local market, as well as her ability to effectively negotiate deals on their behalf. She takes pride in providing personalized service to each and every one of her clients, and always goes above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction.

In addition to her experience in residential real estate, she is an experienced real estate investor, a Certified Military Relocation Specialist (MRP) and a Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA).
